Training
Our classes are flexible and convenient for you. You're free to come to as many classes as you like. We offer several days, times and classes, so that fitness can easily work into your schedule. Classes are set up for all fitness levels. There are no membership fees, classes are on a punch card system.

Body Blast
Body Blast is a Group Outdoor Class. This class will give you a full body workout, regardless of your fitness level. Each class will incorporate each muscle group and cardio. You will need a mat, hand weights, and water for this class.

Jillian Michaels BodyShred
JILLIAN MICHAELS BODYSHRED™ is a high intensity and endurance based 30 minute workout.
Utilizing Jillian’s 3-2-1 interval approach:

3 minutes of strength
-
2 minutes of cardio
-
1 minute of abs
